    Ahh I’m so excited to share two big announcements!

    Second, I’ve launched a new series on YouTube called #ImAnEntrepreneur. I’ve decided that 2016 is the year to take Toast Meets Jam from a fun side hustle to full on revenue generating business and I’m going to be sharing that whole process in real time on this new series.

    Scrolling through The Single Diaries Instagram feed often feels like entering an alternate universe. One, where all things are crafted from the perfect pallet of gold, sequins, and shades of pink. On more than one occasion I’ve found myself asking how to replicate this photo-worthy aesthetic in my own life.

    Though I haven’t yet unlocked all the answers of these amateur photographers, one thing I’ve picked up on is their careful curation. These girls surround themselves with beautiful things in small and big ways. In return, they craft themselves beautiful, Instagram-enviable lives.

    Since I’m not one to want to be left out of the party, I’ve begun to swap out my own things for versions that make my own life  a little bit more Instagram-worthy, starting with my desk supplies.     It’s that time of year again. The time when the days begin to grow noticeable shorter, the temperatures start to drop, and the scarves and books find their way to the front of your closet. Of course, this can also only mean one thing. It’s time to update your style to suit the season.

    To be honest, I’m generally not a big shopper. When given the choice of what to do with my spare time, I typically opt to do something a bit more active like going for a long bike ride or hike with my girlfriends. This is partly driven by the awesome LA weather and largely driven by the anxiety that shopping brings. What style should I go for? Which items should I pick? Do I really have to spend that much??

    That being said, I’ve hit the low point that I know you all have been at before. Standing in front of my closet has become depressing. Everything I see has been worn more than it’s fair share of times and I can honestly say  I have nothing to wear!
