Avant-Barre offers Zola chia pudding and smoothie recipes to kick-off spring
In honor of National Nutrition Month, Avant-Barre founder Char “Nini” Gueco created two easy delicious recipes using Zola Açaí. Whether you’re trying to eat healthier for Lent, in anticipation of summer, or to keep going with your New Year’s resolutions, this is a way to ensure that your conscious choices aren’t boring your taste buds.

Char favored kefir over yogurt or milk in her smoothie. Get to know kefir here. According to Huffington Post, kefir is an even better source for probiotics than yogurt plus is an excellent source of vitamin B and calcium (super important for all single girls—and guys!), among other health benefits.
Feelin’ good, Feelin’ great Zola Acai Morning Smoothie:
- 1 frozen banana
- handful of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 bottle of Zola Açaí Original Juice
- 1/4 cup of plain kefir
Blend well. Serve in a chilled glass!
Avant Acai Chia Pudding:
- Chia seeds
- Zola Açaí Original Juice
Mix equal parts chia seeds and acai juice (more or less depending on preferred consistency). Soak for 10-15 minutes or overnight in refrigerator. Enjoy!
